2020 Dodge Charger Overview

Dodge made the 2020 Charger in five main trim levels: SXT, GT, R/T, Scat Pack, and SRT Hellcat. There was also a limited-production Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition.

The main difference between the trims is the engine. The SXT and GT have a V6 that makes 292 and 300 horsepower, respectively (the AWD SXT also has 300 horses). The R/T features a 370-horsepower V8, and the Scat Pack upgrades to a 485-horsepower V8. The Charger Hellcat boasts a 707-horsepower V8. All come with an eight-spe

ed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is available in the SXT and GT trims.

When the vehicle was new, every trim but the Hellcat was available with optional packages. That means you may find additional features in each trim, including adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision warning, forward automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, Nappa leather seats, and heated and ventilated front seats. A sunroof and navigation were available throughout the lineup.
